Prices

All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation of Orders

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Consequences of Violation Policy

When Motorexonline becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Use Policy, Motorexonline will initiate an investigation. During the investigation Motorexonline may restrict Customer 's access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, Motorexonline may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate Customer's account without notice or refund, and/or pursue other civil remedies.

If such violation is a criminal offense, Motorexonline will notify the appropriate law enforcement department of such violation.

Motorexonline does not issue payment refunds for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from violations of this agreement.

Any threat, vulgar and profane language directed at any Motorexonline staff member through phone or email may result in immediate termination of an account. Any violation of this policy by any employee, contractor or third party programmer of Motorexonline should be reported immediately. Bottom line is let's work together toward a mutually beneficial relationship and create a prosperous and responsible Internet community!

Motorexonline does not tolerate any pornographic material or spamming and both infringements will result in an investigation and possible termination and removal of the site and/or virtual server without a refund.
